Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Chemist role based in Isabela. The Registered Chemist will perform routine and specialized laboratory analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal specifications and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing reagents and standards, operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, documenting test results accurately, and contributing to troubleshooting and process optimization. The role also involves supporting quality control programs, assisting in research and development activities for new or improved products, and collaborating with production and quality teams to address nonconformities. The chemist is expected to follow established safety protocols, maintain laboratory records, and participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and adherence to safety and good laboratory practices.
• Experience in quality control, with the ability to perform routine tests, interpret results, and support compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Well-developed analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting deviations in processes or test outcomes.
• Background in research and development (R&D) and research, including method development, validation, and support for product or process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, and eligibility/registration as a Chemist in accordance with Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and proficiency in using laboratory software or basic data analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical information clearly, and manage multiple tasks in a production-support environment.
• Previous experience in biotechnology, food and beverage, or related manufacturing industries is an advantage.
