Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a regional VAS Sales Manager to drive penetration, sales quality, and day-to-day coordination with the Sales Network. You will implement strategic initiatives, roll out new VAS products, and support training across channels.

The role requires collaboration across departments, strong people skills, and proven DSM or sales experience. A hybrid work setup and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of DSM role or other sales/business development role with similar or higher level of complexity.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments.
• High people skills: ability to reflect communication between sales network and necessary team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive performance of VAS in the assigned region to identify underperforming areas and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Senior District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager to align VAS strategy and execution.
• Assist Account Managers in handling retailers, resolving escalations, and executing VAS sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze VAS sales performance across regions for trends and gaps.
• Perform regular POS market scans to identify VAS offerings and promotions.
