Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Sales Manager to drive performance of value-added services across the region, coordinating with district leaders and account managers. The role focuses on improving penetration, product launches, and day-to-day sales operations.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in a DSM or similar sales role, strong collaboration, and excellent people skills to liaise across departments and retailers. Hybrid setup with structured days and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of DSM role or other sales/business development role with similar or higher level of complexity.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments.
• High people skills: ability to reflect communication between sales network and necessary team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive performance of VAS in the assigned region to identify underperforming areas.
• Coordinate with Senior District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager to align VAS strategy.
• Assist Account Managers in handling retailers, resolving escalations, and executing VAS sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze VAS sales performance across regions and identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead rollout and implementation of new VAS products and training across sales channels.
• Act as main point-of-contact for challenges and issues in the sales network and respond to inquiries.
