Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a seasoned professional to drive value-added services (VAS) across the region. You will lead DSM-level activities, coordinate with the Sales leadership, and support retailers and field teams to optimize VAS penetration and performance.

The role focuses on sales strategy execution, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong regional results. A hybrid work setup and protective benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DSM or equivalent sales/business development role with similar complexity.
• Strong collaboration across departments and teams.
• High people skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive VAS performance and penetration in the region.
• Coordinate with Senior District Sales Manager and District Sales Manager on strategy implementation.
• Assist Account Managers in handling retailers and executing VAS sales strategies.
• Analyze VAS sales performance, identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Lead training sessions and ensure sales teams are equipped for product launches.
