Schneider Electric Philippines seeks a Regional Upstream Planning Leader to drive the yearly upstream supply chain strategy with Procurement and key stakeholders. You will optimize inventory, forecast needs, and align with the global planning playbook.

You will collaborate with regional plants to assess supplier capacity, anticipate growth, and implement automation and AI driven dashboards to reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain management or statistics as a background.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Digital mindset to deploy tools and digital workflows.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Minimum 5 years in planning with upstream planning background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define & execute yearly upstream supply chain strategy with Procurement and upstream stakeholders.
• Drive inventory optimization and flow improvements, including automation and AI dashboards.
• Support upstream resilience and capacity assessments with regional plants.
• Ensure activities follow the global planning playbook and reduce manual intervention.
• Clarify end-to-end business needs for better planning accuracy.

The Role: Regional Upstream Planning Leader

What will you do?

• Define & execute yearly Upstream Supply Chain Management strategy with Procurement category manager and other upstream stakeholders. Mainly to drive the continuous improvement on the upstream inventory by implementing opti flow, parameter optimization etc.
• Supporting upstream resilience,animate with plant at regional level to have the supplier capacity assessment and drive the actions to anticipate the business growth, identify the opportunity with plant to drive PO2 to avoid supply chain upstream disruption.
• All the execution should be done fully compliant to global planning playbook.
• Define the E2E the business needs in terms of supply chain planning for the less manual intervention based on the business contexts.
• Working with development team on the autonomous solution including dashboard visibility & actions implementation in a more automatic way by using AI etc.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor degrees with background of supply chain mgt, statistics etc;
• Good English skill in both spoken and written;
• Digital mindset to integrate business needs to digital tools deployment;
• Influential communication skill to convince stakeholders;
• Dare to challenge however being collaborative & logic to provide solution;
• At least 5 years planning working experience with upstream planning field background as preference;
