Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Associate End to End Flow Controller to optimize spare-parts availability for Field Services. You will coordinate replenishment, track shortages, and collaborate with global hubs, 3PLs, and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment and cost-effective movement of spare parts.

You will leverage Oracle and SAP for daily planning, work with Field Services Planners on work orders, and monitor risks while driving resolution and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate spare-parts replenishment and fulfillment.
  • Monitor shortages, backorders, inventory availability and incoming supply, proactively following up risks.
  • Follow up purchase orders and support strong PO Health.
  • Work closely with global hubs and suppliers to follow up supply, shortages and recovery actions.
  • Coordinate with the Transport team on freight bookings and spot quote requests, supporting timely and cost-effective movement of spare parts.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs and suppliers, including requirements for non-standard / ETO items.
  • Work with 3PL partners to resolve EDI connection issues, ensuring alignment between systems and resolving discrepancies impacting execution.
  • Use Oracle and SAP for daily planning and execution activities.
  • Work closely with Field Services Planners on spare-parts requirements linked to work orders.
  • Use BFS and bFO to support visibility of service requirements and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and other planning stakeholders.
  • Connect with Sales and Field Services to understand priorities and upcoming requirements.
  • Proactively identify supply risks, drive resolution and escalation critical issues when required.

Job description

Join us as an Associate End to End Flow Controller and play a key role in optimizing our supply chain. You'll support the availability and fulfillment of spare parts for Field Services, ensuring the right parts are available to meet service and business requirements.

What will you do?
