Job summary

GECO Philippines Inc. is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support technology hiring across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia from Iloilo City.

You will own vacancies from briefing through joining day, engaging with both active and passive candidates and coordinating interviews with regional teams. You will build talent networks for IT and engineering roles, adapt outreach to market expectations, and partner with country teams on onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally in IT recruitment, staffing or an agency environment.
• Evidence of sourcing and placing candidates for specialist or challenging roles.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and regional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage several live vacancies without losing track of people or commitments.
• Recruitment experience in Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia would be valuable; Philippines recruiters are welcome too.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of vacancies from briefing to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback to move offers forward.
• Engage active and passive candidates through direct outreach and referrals.
• Build and nurture talent networks across SAP, Oracle, software engineering, cloud, data, AI and IT support.
• Collaborate with regional account managers and hiring teams across markets to fill roles.
