Job summary

Salcomp Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to manage international recruitment across Singapore, China, and Taiwan, with support to India. You will lead an international recruitment team, partner with corporate stakeholders on workforce planning, and drive compliant hiring practices across jurisdictions.

The role requires managing regional recruitment, standardizing processes, and delivering strong pipelines for plant and corporate roles, including leadership hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing regional or cross-border recruitment.
• Knowledge of employment regulations; exposure to regional labor market preferred.
• Bilingual capability (Tamil + Mandarin) preferred for regional coordination.
• Willing to accept overseas assignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and department heads to understand manpower planning.
• Provide hiring forecast visibility and risk assessment to leadership.
• Standardize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and reporting formats.
• Drive accountability on KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, agency usage, offer acceptance rate).
• Facilitate cross-country alignment on employer branding and hiring standards.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
• Support critical/leadership hiring directly when required.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field

2–5 years of recruitment experience

Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environment

Managing regional or cross-border recruitment

Knowledge of employment regulations; regional labor market exposure preferred

Bilingual capability (Tamil + Mandarin) preferred

Willing to accept overseas assignment
