Job summary

TIMO is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across the Philippines market. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and more, and build strong pipelines for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for the Philippines market preferred.
• Experience hiring within livestream, social entertainment, gaming, creator economy, or digital platform industry is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills; proficient with recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

TIMO is looking for a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across the Philippines market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, understands the livestream and social entertainment industry, and is always looking for creative ways to find the right talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while continuously exploring new sourcing channels, building talent pipelines, and providing market insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across the Philippines and other assigned markets.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and other professional or community platforms.
• Explore and identify new recruitment channels that can improve hiring quality and speed.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the livestream, social entertainment, gaming, and creator economy industries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment approaches.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, and coordinate the hiring process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Share market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends to support recruitment decisions.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to strengthen TIMO's presence in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for the Philippines market is highly preferred.
• Experience hiring within the livestream, social entertainment, gaming, creator economy, or digital platform industry is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong research and market mapping capabilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple hiring projects.
