Job summary

You will collaborate with product, engineering and local markets to resolve seller issues, implement automation, and translate data into actionable insights that enhance the seller experience. A relevant degree and 1–3 years in consulting are preferred, with strong SQL/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in management consulting; tech company a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across markets.
• Experience with large data sets and data-driven insights is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Excel.

• Optimize Seller Ops Strategy: monitor seller performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Solve real-world problems: own complex seller-related issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Ops excellence with AI & Automation: identify inefficiencies, automate processes and apply best practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with product, engineers and local markets to deliver seller-focused solutions.
• Data-driven insights: use analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize operations.
