Team Introduction

The Integrated Operations team sits at the center of Lazada Philippines' seller ecosystem, bringing together three core sub-functions: Sales Operations, Seller Engagement, and Seller Programs. The team ensures that commercial plans are translated into executable operations, seller-facing initiatives are delivered effectively, and investment programs drive meaningful growth for both sellers and the platform. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized team member who can manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and support the team in delivering seamless seller operations.

Role Introduction

The Integrated Operations Specialist will play a key role in running seller investment programs and supporting day-to-day seller operations. The primary focus will be on Seller Programs, including the operations and execution of seller investment initiatives and ad hoc resource allocation. The role will also provide secondary support across Sales Operations and Seller Engagement to ensure integrated delivery of the team's overall priorities.

Seller Programs (Primary)

• Drive the end-to-end operations of seller investment programs, including program setup, seller eligibility tracking, communications, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Monetization, and regional teams) to ensure timely and accurate execution of program mechanics
• Manage ad hoc resource allocation requests, including tracking, prioritization, and reporting of fund or incentive deployments
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, and dashboards to ensure visibility of program status and outcomes
• Support the design and continuous improvement of seller investment programs based on performance data and seller feedback

Sales Operations (Secondary)

• Support the tracking and reporting of commercial performance and seller-level metrics
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports, business reviews, and performance deep dives
• Help maintain operational processes and ensure data accuracy across seller-related systems and trackers
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operational friction

Seller Engagement (Secondary)

• Support the execution of seller engagement initiatives, and communications
• Assist in coordinating seller-facing events, training sessions, or workshops
• Help gather seller feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the team
• Maintain engagement trackers and ensure timely follow-through on seller-related action items

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications (must have)

• Around 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with exposure to ecommerce, commercial operations, or a fast-paced digital business
• Demonstrated project management capability, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on tight timelines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience coordinating across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools is a plus
• Agile and able to work in a constantly evolving environment
