Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Statistics, Math, Engineering or related analytical field.
• 2–3 years in BI, data analytics, or supply chain analytics preferred.
• Design and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Looker Studio, Google Apps Script) and advanced Excel.
• Translate metrics into revenue and cost-saving recommendations for leaders.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder management to non-technical teams.
• Self-starter able to own projects in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data mapping linking warehouse inventory with marketplace products for real-time visibility.
• Design and automate dashboards and reporting to track seller adoption and initiatives across Shopee Fulfillment.
