Job summary

Therma Marine, Inc. in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu seeks a Reliability and Performance Management Regional Manager to drive strategic reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance across regional power plants. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering.
• 7–10 years in operations, asset mgmt, performance monitoring, or reliability engineering in power/industrial sectors.
• Licensed Engineer status or equivalent professional certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic performance metrics and annual benchmarks; set KPIs for availability and efficiency.
• Oversee RCFA for major outages and lead predictive maintenance programs across regional assets.
• Ensure operations align with service agreements, grid codes, commercial obligations, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coach regional plant teams; develop talent and leadership pipelines.
