Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support regional audit activities and QMS programs across our regional operations. You will act as a subject matter resource for audits, supplier quality oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance with industry standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a life sciences/engineering field with 3+ years in healthcare quality, ISO 13485/GxP experience, and a Lead

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or related field with 3+ years in healthcare quality.
Experience with ISO 13485 and GDP or GMP.
Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification in ISO 13485 or GMP.
Fluent English communication.
Experience managing projects across geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

Manage internal, external, and supplier audit activities and track corrective actions.
Provide training on audit processes, QMS requirements, and TrackWise usage.
Monitor QMS KPIs and implement corrective or mitigation plans.
Collaborate with operating groups and stakeholders to drive improvements.
Interpret quality policies and regulatory requirements for compliance.
Participate in QMS-related projects and process enhancements.
Maintain quality documents aligned with QMS requirements.
Support regional service agreements and quality initiatives.
