Job summary

Food Terminal Incorporated is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee the P20 Rice Program in the assigned region. You will collaborate with LGUs and national agencies to ensure smooth program rollout and ongoing compliance.

The role requires monitoring rice inventory and deliveries, validating beneficiaries, and preparing timely performance and inventory reports for Management. Extensive travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, agriculture, agribusiness, supply chain or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in project implementation, operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Eight hours of training in project management or related areas.
• Career Service Eligibility preferred but not required for some personnel.
• Knowledge of government operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the implementation of the P20 Rice Program in the assigned region.
• Coordinate with LGUs, NGAs, NFA, DA, partner institutions and head office.
• Monitor regional selling operations, inventory, stock allocation, and deliveries.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage beneficiary validation procedures and address operations concerns.
• Prepare, consolidate and submit operational and inventory reports to Management.
• Monitor sales, inventory movement, and compliance with regulations.
• Identify risks and coordinate prompt resolutions to minimize disruptions.
• Assist in planning, policy implementation, and related management tasks.
