Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirements in related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in project implementation, operations management, logistics, field coordination, or supply chain management.
• Training: at least 8 hours in relevant fields such as project management, logistics, or operations management.
• Career Service Eligibility preferred but not required for contract/JO personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the implementation of the P20 Rice Program within the region.
• Coordinate with LGUs, NGAs, NFA, DA, partner institutions, and FTI Head Office for program implementation.
• Monitor regional selling operations, rice inventory, stock allocation, deliveries, and replenishment.
• Conduct regular field inspections and monitor selling sites for compliance.
• Ensure proper beneficiary validation procedures and address operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational, inventory, and accomplishment reports to Management.
• Monitor sales, inventory movement, and liquidation reports for accountability and compliance.
• Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Assist in planning, program evaluation, and policy implementation.
