Grab seeks a seasoned governance professional to strengthen regional governance infrastructure, reporting to the Senior Platform Experience Manager. You will be based onsite at the Grab Pasig office, driving policy development, regulatory compliance, and risk management across markets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional stakeholders, use of AI tools to draft updates, and training initiatives to elevate governance standards across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of governance, compliance, or risk management experience.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and policy auditing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate governance frameworks and policies for regional markets.
• Lead governance assessments and audits across business units.
• Prepare executive governance reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Leverage Generative AI to research regulations and draft policy updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
• Support board and committee governance functions and training.
