Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a marketing leader to design and execute complex programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer advocacy. You will partner with regional sales teams to support their goals and translate insights into actionable channel plans.

You will oversee postpaid channel strategies, lead regional reviews, and collaborate across Strategy, Portfolio, and Visual Merchandising to improve the customer experience and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the execution of the Postpaid strategy and big plays across all the channels, inclusive of breaking up the strategic targets for Consumer Postpaid into clear channel targets, strategy and plans for the assigned regions
• Leads and orchestrates Regional Channel Business Reviews and deep-dives, dashboards, brand review and quarterly business review
• Leads insights-generation and trends spotting for Consumer Postpaid across the different channels applicable for the Region
• Champions the ideal customer experience for both internal and external customers across Retail Operations
• Oversees the translation of insights to any change in the 7Ps within the channels in collaboration with Strategy and Portfolio Group, Channel Management Group and Visual Merchandising
• Drives efficiency and profitability for Postpaid across the different channels
• Collaborates with other Postpaid verticals for analytical models needed to drive Postpaid agenda in the Channels
• Key resource for providing detailed channel targets and forecasts to support the Postpaid agenda

• Oversees the execution of the Postpaid strategy and big plays across all the channels, inclusive of breaking up the strategic targets for Consumer Postpaid into clear channel targets, strategy and plans for the assigned regions
• Leads and orchestrates Regional Channel Business Reviews and deep-dives, dashboards, brand review and quarterly business review
• Leads insights-generation and trends spotting for Consumer Postpaid across the different channels (e.g., on top of end-consumer, insights to include how front-liners and platforms need to adjust to deliver the ideal customer experience) applicable for the Region
• Champions the ideal customer experience for both internal and external customers across Retail Operations
• Oversees the translation of insights to any change in the 7Ps within the channels, in collaboration with Strategy and Portfolio Group, Channel Management Group and Visual Merchandising
• Drives efficiency and profitability for Postpaid across the different channels
• Collaborates with other Postpaid verticals for analytical models needed to drive Postpaid agenda in the Channels (e.g., Quality of acquisition, adoption of right-sizing through cross-sells)
• Key resource for providing detailed channel targets and forecasts to support the Postpaid agenda
