Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a General Manager to lead regional operations in the Philippines. You will drive commercial strategy, strengthen partnerships with accommodation providers, and oversee contracting and sales to achieve business objectives.

You will manage a team, monitor financial and operational performance, and collaborate with Marketing, IT and Finance to align initiatives across the region. The role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to review supplier performance and optimise results.
• Independent, proactive and responsible approach to work.
• Strong presentation skills and customer focus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
