Job summary

Haitian Huayuan (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks a Regional Finance Manager to lead regional finance operations, with a strong emphasis on Johor Bahru manufacturing cost control and profitability.

You will partner with factory management, drive budgeting and forecasting, and ensure robust controls across regional entities. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in regional manufacturing finance, solid SAP experience, and outstanding communication in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience, regional preferred.
• Manufacturing finance experience in costing, inventory and factory analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• ERP experience; SAP advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Independent in regional cross-cultural work.
• Willing to travel regularly to Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting activities for regional entities, focusing on Malaysia manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Johor Bahru factory management on budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance.
• Monitor costs, inventory, working capital, CAPEX and profitability.
• Review monthly results and provide insights and recommendations.
• Support regional budgeting, cash flow planning and analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and reporting across regions.
• Coordinate with local finance teams, auditors, tax advisors, banks and external parties.
• Support regional expansion and new finance-related initiatives.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Travel regularly to Johor Bahru and other regional locations.
