Job summary

Green Park Corporation Llp in the Philippines seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the APAC finance function, overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance across Singapore and Indonesia, with autonomy and close collaboration with group finance.

You will manage a small regional team, own month-end close in 3–5 days, drive budgeting and cash flow, ensure tax compliance, and deliver insightful management reporting to support Client Services and operations.

Qualifications

• CPA Philippines is required or strongly preferred.
• 8+ years experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience leading a finance function or team.
• Experience in marketing/digital/creative agency environment preferred.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience with multi-currency, multi-entity environments.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience managing remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC finance function across regional entities with Manager oversight.
• Own month-end close end-to-end (3–5 working days) and consolidation.
• Prepare management reporting packs and commentary for meetings.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage tax, statutory compliance, audits, and intercompany activities.
• Partner with Client Services and operations to drive financial insight.
