Job summary

TigerUX in Cebu City, Philippines seeks an experienced Head of Accounting & Administration to oversee regional finance, HR, payroll, and admin operations. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across the region, while coordinating with auditors and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration, within retail or multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, HR processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.
• CPA license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, finance, HR, payroll, and administrative operations across the region.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, data integrity, and compliance with accounting, tax, labor, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze financial, operational, and inventory data to support business decisions and performance improvement.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage administrative functions, including IT coordination, office support, insurance, and asset administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives and regional initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Accounting and Administrative team to drive productivity and efficiency.
