Job summary

Activation Machine Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee field merchandising, trade activation, and team execution across the Zamboanga region.

In this role, you will lead a team of Field Supervisors, manage key client and distributor relationships, and ensure 100% on-ground operational compliance. This full-time position requires strong leadership, extensive travel across field locations, and a proven track record in FMCG, trade marketing, or agency operations.

Qualifications

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Zamboanga City.
• Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG, Trade Marketing, Field Merchandising, or Agency Operations; 2 years in managerial/supervisory roles.
• Field Operations: Proven track record in managing field teams and distributor management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Field Merchandising and Activation Supervisors and project personnel.
• Coordinate execution briefings and ensure on-ground monitoring of field teams.
• Support FMAS in manpower training for promotions and merchandising campaigns.
• Ensure field activities follow approved guidelines and client briefs.
• Build relationships with clients, account managers, branch heads, and distributors.
• Provide regular operational updates and reports to stakeholders.
