Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Field Associate Lead to guide and develop our Field Associate team across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. You will drive customer audits, provide technical support, product demonstrations, and training while directly supporting Global Strategic Accounts and Key Accounts.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in field-based or technical teams, deep knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and audit processes, plus strong presentation and reporting skills using Excel,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in field-based or technical teams.
• Strong customer engagement and communication abilities.
• Solid analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Experience with audit processes (HACCP/GMP) and reporting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Associates to drive performance and service excellence.
• Plan and manage field activities, visits, and audit schedules.
• Deliver training on Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, products, and audit standards.
• Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Manage key accounts and provide technical support and audit follow-up.
• Ensure annual audit targets and field activity plans are achieved.
• Monitor audit findings and corrective actions; report progress.
• Maintain reporting through Salesforce dashboards and Excel trackers.
