Job summary

Diversey in the Philippines is seeking a Field Associate Lead to guide our Field Associate team across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. You will ensure successful customer audits, provide technical support, and lead product demonstrations while supporting Global Strategic Accounts and Key Accounts.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of food safety standards, and strong communication skills. You will organize field activities and training sessions, with a focus on service excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Associates to drive performance and service excellence.
• Plan and manage field activities, customer visits, and audit schedules.
• Deliver training on Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, products, and audit standards.
• Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Manage selected GSA and KA customers, providing technical support and audit follow-up.
• Ensure annual audit targets and field activity plans are achieved.
• Monitor audit findings, corrective actions, and customer action plans.
• Maintain accurate reporting through Salesforce dashboards, Excel trackers, and management reports.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a Field Associate Lead to lead and develop our Field Associate (FA) team across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer audits, technical support, product demonstrations, and training while directly supporting selected Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) and Key Accounts (KA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Associates to drive performance and service excellence.
• Plan and manage field activities, customer visits, and audit schedules.
• Deliver training on Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, products, and audit standards.

What We're Looking For
