Job summary

East-West Seed in the Philippines seeks a Regional Farmers Promotion leader to drive sales activation strategies and successful execution of campaigns. You will manage the Farmers Promotion team, align with Marketing Group strategies, and serve as the critical link between farmers and the commercial team.

Qualifications

• BS Agribusiness Management or equivalent required.
• Experience in the Philippine agricultural market and vegetable seed distribution.
• Strong sales, marketing, budgeting and financial skills.
• Knowledge of agri-technologies and seed production processes.
• Proven leadership, training, coaching and networking abilities.
• Experience in project and budget management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of sales activation strategies and campaigns.
• Drive Below the Line activities to meet business objectives.
• Manage the Regional Farmers Promotion team and align with marketing group strategies.
• Act as liaison between farmers and the commercial team.
• Oversee achievement of sales, market share and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with government, research institutions and farmer groups.
• Develop and implement training, coaching and development plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical support programs.
