Job summary

FMC Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Field Officer to execute field activities, promote product adoption, and support demand creation in South Luzon. You will engage farmers and retailers, gather market insights, and ensure accurate reporting of field indicators.

You will coordinate between field operations and commercial teams, maintain relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability values. valid driver’s license and ability to travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, field extension, technical support, or related roles; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Experience working with farmers, retailers and distributors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute field activities: product demonstrations, retailer visits, farmer engagements and related field activities.
• Support field-based demand generation programs and marketing activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and report field intelligence for planning.
• Provide timely field reports to managers with insights on MOS and territory challenges.
• Bridge field and commercial teams with regular feedback on product performance and customer needs.
• Engage retailers and farmers to strengthen relationships and drive product adoption.
• Promote correct product usage and provide technical training and stewardship.
• Assist Move-Out Sales and inventory management with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer and territory records and timely reports.
• Ensure compliance with FMC policies, safety standards and ethical practices.
