Keywords Intl1 seeks a Cluster Facilities Manager for the Philippines and Japan. This on-the-ground role blends Manila/Bacolod office administration with governance of Japan offices to ensure operational excellence across sites.

You will be the primary gatekeeper for local compliance, reclaiming control from decentralized teams. Responsibilities include managing facilities, enforcing local purchasing protocols, maintaining safety standards, and guiding AI-assisted daily operations.

Qualificações

• 6–8+ years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or localized procurement within the Philippines.
• Proven track record of enforcing strict corporate policy and pulling back operational control from decentralized business units.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and authoritative presence.

Responsabilidades

• Direct PH Office Management: oversee daily workspace, reception, mail, and administrative readiness for Manila and Bacolod hubs to ensure a safe, clean, and highly functional environment.
• Regional Site Governance (Japan): remotely govern facilities operations for Japan offices, ensuring alignment with SOPs and budgetary targets.
• Strict Local Purchasing & Procurement: act as gatekeeper for all local facilities spending, enforce bidding policies, and prevent unapproved/off-contract spending by local teams.
• Data Integrity & Collection: track, verify, and log localized utility, maintenance, and asset data for global system integrity.
• AI-First Local Operations: drive daily use of agentic AI tools to automate visitor logs, vendor communications, and supply tracking.
• Health, Safety, & Risk Management: ensure local health, safety, and fire regulations compliance; manage risk assessments and vendor compliance.
