Qualifications

• ,Bachelor's degree in business/related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple stores in food service/retail.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role such as District Manager/Area Manager.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage district operations.
• Strong understanding of retail/food service operations and cost management.
• Experience interpreting financial and operational reports for business decisions.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills for high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship management; proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to travel within the district and work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of all assigned stores.
• Monitor district performance using sales, profitability, expenses, and productivity metrics.
• Roll out company programs, promotions, and initiatives for consistent execution.
• Evaluate store performance and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and reduce costs.
• Provide coaching and performance management to Store Managers and teams.
• Ensure staffing levels through recruitment, development, and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet district objectives.
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports with timely district updates.
