Job summary

Career Connect seeks an Operations Head for Mindanao to oversee company-owned stores across districts, driving growth and efficiency while aligning with company standards. You'll provide strategic leadership to District Managers and focus on sales, cost control, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires 7–10 years in Retail/F&B with at least 5 years in senior leadership, plus a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Bakery, QSR, Convenience Store, or multi-branch operations.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee District Managers to drive operational excellence, sales growth, and compliance with policies and standards while monitoring KPIs.
• Maximize sales and profitability through strategic marketing, financial analysis, and customer experience improvements.
• Budget planning, cost management, and ensuring profitability across multiple stores.
• Drive long-term growth through strategic planning and execution of corporate initiatives.
