Job summary

Visa is hiring for a Regional Capability Enablement Analyst to support the Americas in contracting operations. You will bridge regional feedback with CCSO standards, aiding governance, templates, playbooks, and knowledge assets, while coordinating with Legal, GCC, and technology stakeholders.

This role requires 3 days in office and flexibility to work U.S. hours to support the Americas region, with strong emphasis on process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Legal Operations, commercial contracting, contract management or CLM.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Amenable to working U.S. business hours to support the Americas region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CCSO point of contact for the Americas.
• Document contracting processes and regional variations.
• Develop standards, workflows, templates, and knowledge assets.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen governance, adoption and performance.
• Maintain trackers for feedback, issues, and enhancements.
