Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard telecom operators, wholesalers, and aggregators across Southeast Asia for SMS and voice resources.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and optimize procurement costs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with telecom carrier partners and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle including sourcing, coordination, contracts, pricing adjustments, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor telecommunications market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory developments across regional markets.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve route delivery issues and quality concerns.
• Ensure all routes comply with regional regulations and anti-spam policies.
• Support cross-border operational initiatives and regional expansion strategies.
• Prepare procurement analyses and market intelligence updates for management review.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and regional teams to improve efficiency and performance.
