Job summary

The Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Regional Cabinet Operations Officer to manage day-to-day CMU field operations across the region, ensuring cabinet deployment, inventory accuracy, and depot service standards.

You will collaborate with depots, servicing partners, and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly. Ideal candidates have a background in field operations or logistics, are comfortable with Excel reporting, and are willing to travel across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in field operations, logistics, or FMCG/beverage distribution preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across depots within the region, with occasional Head Office visits.
• Comfortable with Excel-based reporting and strong data discipline.
• Experience coordinating with servicing partners/vendors.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills in a field environment.
• Based in or near the assigned region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor depot capacity across depots and coordinate cabinet allocation within the region.
• Manage depot-level scrapping status and ensure compliance with CMU scrapping policy.
• Maintain accurate cabinet inventory records and reconcile stock across depots.
• Track and uphold service-level agreements with depots and servicing partners.
• Coordinate and process cabinet transfer requests between depots within the region.
• Validate that system-recorded cabinet statuses match physical cabinet status, and drive corrective action on discrepancies.
• Validate and confirm cabinet placements and installations in the field.
• Liaise with servicing partners, depot custodians, and field teams to ensure smooth regional operations.
• Respond to and resolve on-ground cabinet and depot concerns within the region.
• Prepare and submit regular regional performance reports to CMU leadership.
• Support region-specific improvement initiatives (e.g., FEFO, racking systems, roving technician coverage).
