Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Regional Cabinet Operations Officer to manage day-to-day CMU field operations across the region, ensuring cabinet deployment, accurate inventory, and depot service standards.

You will coordinate with depots, servicing partners, and stakeholders to escalate field concerns. The role requires travel across depots within the region, strong Excel reporting, and a hands-on problem solver with a focus on data accuracy and regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in field operations, logistics, or FMCG/beverage distribution.
• Willingness to travel extensively across depots within the region.
• Strong data discipline and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Depot Capacity Management — monitor capacity across depots and allocate cabinets within the region.
• Scrapping Governance — manage depot scrapping status and policy compliance.
• Cabinet Inventory Management — maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock across depots.
• SLA Monitoring — track and uphold service level agreements with depots/partners.
• Depot Transfers — coordinate cabinet transfer requests between depots.
• IRA Management — verify system vs. physical cabinet statuses and fix discrepancies.
• Cabinet Confirmation — confirm cabinet placements in the field.
• Partner & Stakeholder Coordination — liaise with servicing partners and depot custodians.
• Field Issue Resolution — resolve on-ground cabinet and depot concerns.
• Reporting — prepare regional performance reports for CMU leadership.
• Regional Initiatives — support region-specific improvement initiatives.

The role

The Regional Cabinet Operations Officer manages day‑to‑day CMU field operations within an assigned region, acting as the primary on‑the‑ground extension of CMU across that region's depot network. The role ensures cabinet deployment, inventory accuracy, scrapping compliance, and depot‑level service standards are upheld, while coordinating closely with depots, servicing partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders and escalating field concerns as needed.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Depot Capacity Management — Monitor capacity across assigned depots and coordinate cabinet allocation within the region.
• Scrapping Governance — Manage depot‑level scrapping status and ensure compliance with CMU scrapping policy.
• Cabinet Inventory Management — Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock across assigned depots.
• SLA Monitoring — Track and uphold service‑level agreements with depots and servicing partners.
• Depot Transfers — Coordinate and process cabinet transfer requests between depots within the region.
• IRA (Inventory Report Accuracy) Management — Validate that system‑recorded cabinet statuses match physical cabinet status, and drive corrective action on discrepancies.
• Cabinet Confirmation — Validate and confirm cabinet placements and installations in the field.
• Partner & Stakeholder Coordination — Liaise with servicing partners, depot custodians, and field teams to ensure smooth regional operations.
• Field Issue Resolution — Respond to and resolve on‑ground cabinet and depot concerns within the region.
• Reporting — Prepare and submit regular regional performance reports (Depot Capacity, Scrapping, Inventory, SLA, Transfers, IRA, Cabinet Confirmation) to CMU leadership.
• Regional Initiatives — Support region‑specific improvement initiatives as assigned (e.g., FEFO, racking systems, roving technician coverage, consequence management).

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in field operations, logistics, or FMCG/beverage distribution preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across depots within the assigned region, with occasional Head Office visits.
• Comfortable with Excel‑based reporting and strong data discipline.
• Experience coordinating with servicing partners/vendors.
• Strong independent problem‑solving skills in a field environment.
• Based in or near the assigned region preferred.
