Confidential is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple beauty counters and consignment locations across a geographic region in the Philippines. You will drive sales growth, optimize operations, and develop frontline teams while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory/managerial role in retail operations preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and deliver sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel across geographic areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement area-wide sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide coaching and performance support to Team Leaders and Regional Supervisors to maximize productivity.
• Oversee daily operations across assigned retail counters and consignment locations.
• Ensure effective inventory management, stock replenishment, displays and ROS compliance.
• Drive consistent execution of retail standards across locations.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders, Regional Supervisors, Beauty Advisors, Merchandisers and frontline staff.
• Set performance expectations and provide regular coaching to improve productivity.
• Support employee development and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and retail partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports timely.
