Job summary

Wilmar Edible Oils Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Refinery Operator to supervise daily refinery operations and coordinate with the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing production operations as a Refinery Operator.
• Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains logbooks/log sheets; records daily plant activities.
• Generates daily production reports with the Production Supervisor.
• Oversees refinery operations to keep SOPs and parameters safely and cost-effectively.
• Coordinates and schedules plant activities across all shifts for smooth operation.
• Ensures materials and consumables are available and properly used.
• Engages in plant safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
