Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remediate data in the Clients and Security Coding systems.
• Perform trend analysis and implement solutions.
• Provide high-level customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Own ad-hoc projects from inception to completion.
• Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion.
• Provides tangible metrics to Management.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for Citi’s reputation and safeguarding clients and assets; drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
• Makes first-level processing with training on second-level review to follow.
• Performs User Acceptance Testing with occasional weekend release testing as part of a team.

This is a trainee professional role that supports data remediation and related activities under supervision, with development opportunities and exposure to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Remediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems
• Performs trend analysis and identifies root causes; implements or suggests solutions based on the root cause analysis
• Liaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
• Provides a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
• Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion
• Provides tangible metrics to Management
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for Citi’s reputation and safeguarding clients and assets; drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency

Qualifications
