Job summary

Citi in the Philippines seeks a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 to monitor, analyze and improve client, counterparty and account data across multiple systems. You will interpret data, identify policy gaps and recommend practical solutions while understanding how the team delivers value.

This developing role involves supervising junior staff, supporting project delivery, and ensuring risk, controls and compliance are observed in line with Citi policies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management in global financial services.
• Good awareness of client needs and expectations.
• Financial services related qualifications (e.g., IAQ or similar).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and client service levels.
• Acts as backup for manager.
• Provide direction and guidance to team, evaluate performance and training needs.
• Manage project initiatives and supervise juniors to ensure timely delivery.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensure Citi's reputation and compliance with laws and policies.
