Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups and keep data details across multiple systems up to date.
• Liaise with global operational teams to ensure a globally consistent data model.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory obligations are met for new client/product relationships.
• Verify client/product details from regulatory and control perspectives for accounts.
• Act as escalation point for issues and complex processing.
• Engage in key projects and deliver daily project work and escalation management.
• Assess risk in business decisions and promote regulatory compliance and ethical practices.
