PhilPinoy is seeking an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations in Rizal. You will assist with internal and external HR inquiries, maintain both hard and digital employees' records, support recruitment and performance management activities, perform reference checks, and help issue employment contracts.

You will schedule meetings, interviews and HR events, coordinate training sessions and seminars, and help ensure compliant, accurate HR administration across the organization.
