The role requires full-time on-site work in Quezon City. You will collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to improve candidate experience, system efficiencies, and timely hires in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Quezon City.
