The Recruitment Sourcing Site Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end sourcing strategy, leading a team of sourcing specialists, and delivering high-quality talent pipelines to meet business hiring demands. This role requires strong leadership, analytics capability, and operational expertise in recruitment and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels
• Drive proactive talent pipelining for critical and high-volume roles
• Partner with recruitment and business leaders to align sourcing initiatives with hiring needs.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists.
• Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide continuous coaching and feedback,
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sourcing team.

Recruitment Operations

• Oversee sourcing operations and ensure process efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Optimize workflows, tools, and sourcing methodologies for improved outcomes.

Reporting & Analytics

• Analyze talent acquisition data and sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill.
• Create and present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive data-informed decision-making to improve sourcing performance.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Act as a strategic advisor on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
