Job summary

Confidential in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Lead to design and manage high-volume and specialty hiring programs for our assigned site. You will drive applications from qualified candidates, lead a sourcing team, and partner with recruitment operations, procurement and vendors to meet hiring plans.

The role requires at least 5 years in talent sourcing, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and a proven track record in project management and recruitment marketing.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing for volume and specialty roles, preferably in BPO.
• Experience hiring for both volume and specialized / niche requirements in BPO.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data synthesis and analysis).
• Strong presentation skills with data visualization in PowerPoint.
• Proven project management, planning and implementation abilities.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with urgency and resilience.
• Ability to lead a team in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and establish sourcing activities to drive qualified applications.

Job description

• Design, build and establish results-oriented sourcing activities both virtual and in-person to drive applications from qualified candidates at the right time for hiring requirements of assigned site
• Manage overall Sourcing operations for assigned site including governance of productivity, data tracking, results monitoring, reporting, analysis, and insights encompassing assigned scope
• Provide direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that target applications and hires are met based on committed sourcing plan and budget
• Ensure the team is able to plan and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives that deliver results and are within estimated cost-per-hire
• Create sourcing plan and budget proposal on a monthly basis based on hiring plan
• Collaborate with internal and external partners such as recruitment operations, service delivery, procurement and vendors on project and initiatives related to delivering on hiring needs
• Implement process improvement through root-cause analysis to improve operational efficiency and hiring capabilities for hiring programs within assigned site

Qualifications:

• With at least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing for volume and specialty account roles, preferably in BPO industry
• Experience hiring for both volume and specialized / niche hiring requirements in BPO industry
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data synthesis and analysis) is required
• Strong presentation skills in terms of articulating storyline and building effective Powerpoint presentations with compelling data visualization
• Strong track record in project management, planning, and implementation
• Mastery of planning, executing, and evaluation talent sourcing & recruitment marketing activities (in-person or virtual)
• Strategic and innovative mindset, high ability to focus, and high sense of urgency in delivering results
