GrassBridge Recruiting is hiring a Recruiting Partner in the Philippines. You will move beyond keywords to understand roles, companies, and the why behind each opening, communicating clearly on calls and via email. You will start in recruiting support and can grow into business development tasks as you learn clients and processes.

The role is remote within the Philippines, requires strong English, and emphasizes proactive collaboration and frequent, clear communication with clients.

Job description

We're adding one person to our team, open to candidates anywhere in the Philippines

We don't care much about years of experience. We care about how you think. If you're the person your friends and family lean on to translate, negotiate, and figure things out when nobody else can, that's the instinct we're hiring for. Do well here and the pay reflects it, this isn't a "top 10% for the role" ceiling, people who perform can realistically be looking at well into 6 figures a month.

What we're actually looking for:

• Someone who treats sourcing like detective work, not a keyword search. You want to understand the role, the company, and the "why" behind the opening, not just match strings.
• Sharp written and spoken English. You'll be listening in on calls constantly, and you'll often be the one making sure things are communicated clearly.
• A self-starter. We give limited direction on purpose. We're not looking for someone who needs a task list, we're looking for someone who builds their own.
• Someone who wants to be a true recruiting partner, not a data processor. You'll sit in on client calls, and we want your read on things, not just your search results.
• Experience with email marketing, outbound campaigns, or lead gen is a nice bonus if you have it, but it's not required.

A few practical notes:

• This role starts as a recruiting partner/assistant, with room to grow into more business development work (think email campaigns, outbound, lead gen) as you learn our clients and process.
• This role runs on US Pacific time zone hours.
• Expect frequent calls. This is a communication-heavy role, not a heads-down, inbox-only one.
