About the Role
This position is externally advertised as Recruitment Operations Manager, while the internal job title is Manager, HROD Recruitment.
Please note that this is not a Talent Acquisition or recruiter position. This role leads the Recruitment Operations team responsible for delivering recruitment administration services that support the Firm’s global recruitment function. Through effective operational leadership, governance and process excellence, the team enables the consistent delivery of recruitment services in partnership with the Recruitment Centre of Excellence, HR Operations and stakeholders across White & Case’s global offices.
Your team provides the operational backbone of the Firm’s global recruitment function, ensuring recruitment processes are executed accurately, efficiently and consistently across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with recruiters, HR teams, hiring managers and business stakeholders globally, you will drive operational excellence, service delivery, process governance and continuous improvement.
As the leader of a high-performing Recruitment Operations team, you will oversee recruitment administration delivered through Workday and other HR technologies, ensuring service levels, operational metrics and quality standards are consistently achieved while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
As Recruitment Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a team delivering global recruitment administration and recruitment process support.
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations across graduate, lateral, business services and partner hiring support.
- Ensure recruitment transactions are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed service levels.
- Drive operational excellence through process governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor workloads, capacity planning and resource allocation across the team.
- Partner with global recruiters, HR Operations, Recruitment Centre of Excellence, hiring teams and external vendors.
- Act as a key stakeholder for global recruitment initiatives, projects and process enhancements.
- Oversee compliance with global recruitment policies, legal requirements and governance standards.
- Lead implementation of operational improvements to enhance recruiter, hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Utilize Workday and operational reporting to monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, coach and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
People Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead performance management, coaching and career development for the Recruitment Operations team.
- Build team capability through structured learning and upskilling initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
- Manage staffing, succession planning, employee relations and performance discussions.
- Ensure business continuity through effective workforce planning and cross-training.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced operations leader with a strong background in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations or Shared Services, rather than someone whose primary experience is full-cycle recruiting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations or Shared Services.
- Minimum 3 years leading people and managing teams.
- Experience managing recruitment process administration or HR shared services delivery.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, governance and service delivery.
- Experience working within a global or multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Office.
- Experience monitoring SLAs, KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple global regions.
- Strong process orientation with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience driving change, standardization and process optimization.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting global Recruitment or HR Operations teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Experience working within professional services, legal, financial services or multinational shared services organizations.

Work Arrangement
- Location: Makati City
- Work Setup: Hybrid work arrangement (onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Working Hours: Primarily Mid Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight)
- Must be willing to support APAC, EMEA and Americas business hours as required by business needs.
