Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• 3–5 years of progressive work experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of captive shared service operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work across APAC, EMEA and Americas time zones in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective operational management and delivery of recruitment services.
• Oversee team responsible for global recruitment programs (graduate, lateral, business services, partner recruitment).
• Ensure recruitment requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with recruiters, agencies and vendors on projects and issues.
• Represent the HROD Recruitment team in global meetings and initiatives.
• Provide leadership on process improvements, metrics, and compliance.
