Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; recruitment/HR experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and ATS usage.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; basic Canva/CapCut skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals).
• Create and manage job advertisements across platforms and company page.
• Review resumes and screen applicants against job requirements.
• Maintain active talent pool and engage candidates for current/future roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding activities; perform background checks.
• Prepare recruitment reports and support employer branding initiatives.
