Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics. You will work with the team to ensure smooth processes from application to onboarding, maintaining privacy and accuracy of records.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, up to 1 year of recruitment or admin experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 0–1 year of recruitment or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems.
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, assessments, meetings, and recruitment events.
• Maintain applicant records, reports, and interview feedback status.
• Communicate instructions and updates to candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinate documentation, offers, and onboarding handover.
• Monitor recruitment deadlines and pending actions.
