Job summary

The ideal candidate should be organized and capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

Responsibilities include posting vacancies, organizing records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with screening and follow-ups, while maintaining confidentiality of candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field preferred.
• 0–1 year recruitment or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience preferred.
• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets and recruitment systems.
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Post approved vacancies and organize applicant records.
• Schedule interviews and send candidate instructions or reminders.
• Collect requirements and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist recruiters with screening and candidate follow-ups.
