As Recruitment Manager for Talent Solutions Account (Operations) in the Philippines, you will build pipelines, screen candidates, mentor staff, and partner with the Recruiting team to meet hiring goals while driving employer branding.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of recruitment and selection experience in outsourcing/offshoring/RPO.
• 1–2 years in a managerial role or as a team lead.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates using job portals and sourcing tools to build pipelines.
• Screen and qualify candidates before handing off to Recruiters.
• Research local and national market for comparable roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with the Recruiting team.
• Mentor recruitment associates and recruiters to hit targets.
• Maintain hiring reports and adhere to policies.

What is your mission?

• Utilize various job portals and other sourcing tools to identify candidates and generate pipelines, both active and passive, for approved openings.
• Screen and qualify candidates before transitioning to Recruiters.
• Research and know the local and national market for comparative roles and industries.
• Work closely with the Recruiting team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
• Identify potential candidates through forming university partnerships, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing etc.
• Generate a high volume and quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
• Own, review and approve job posting contents across the sites. Partner with site job ads personnel to ensure standards are followed.
• Continue to improve our job posting contents to improve candidate attraction
• Develop and share employer branding and sourcing strategies best practices to be recognized in the industry through HR excellence awards recognition.
• Oversees and mentors the recruitment supports (Associates/Specialists)
• Keeps track of daily/weekly/monthly productivity by maintaining hiring related reports
• Performing adhoc tasks as needed

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in recruitment and selection in the outsourcing/offshoring/RPO industry; At least 1-2 years of experience as a manager
• Has a sales and marketing oriented mindset.
• Possesses skills in Re-engineering and process improvement.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRM system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
• Has excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 Level)
• Manage, mentor, and support recruitment coordinators and recruiters and Recruitment leads to achieve hiring targets.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, data protection standards, and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
• Ability to work independently and meet the required targets on a timely basis.
• Flexible and can work on shifting/rotating schedules as needed
• Must be amenable to work onsite
